publication, not affiliated with any other organization.
Collectively, our group has more than 50 years
experience in journalism. Wait, we can say 100, but
none of us have used hot type.
Stephanie Blanchard, Publisher, started as a
reporter for the Somerset Messenger Gazette. She
quickly moved on to become a lifestyles and
entertainment editor for a group of weekly
newspapers in central New Jersey. There, she
worked extensively with local community groups,
animal shelters, artists and entertainers, winning ten
awards on both the state and national levels for
writing and design. She started her own publication
for the love of animals, to give a voice to the many
rescue groups and to provide a resource for anyone
who treats their pets like family members.
We are proud of our group of award-winning
freelancers, possibly the best freelancers any
publication can have! With clear and concise prose,
with compelling eye-catching photographs, each has
been published for many years in various
publications, too numerous to mention. We
immensely enjoy working with them!
